Full payment is required at the time of purchase through secure Stripe checkout. Available payment methods are displayed by Stripe at checkout. Your questionnaire and photo-submission instructions will be emailed after payment is received.

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided that your required questionnaire and photos have not yet been submitted and the analysis process has not begun. Once your required materials have been submitted and your personalized analysis has begun, your purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

Because each The Statement Colors analysis and report is created specifically for the individual client, refunds will not be issued based on disagreement with or personal preference regarding your final season, subseason, or recommendations. If The Statement Colors is unable to complete your purchased service, you will receive a full refund.

Clients are responsible for following the provided photo-submission guidelines. If any photos are unclear, heavily shadowed, edited, filtered, or otherwise unsuitable for analysis, replacement photos will be requested. The turnaround period begins only after all required materials have been received and approved.

All required materials, including your completed questionnaire and requested photos, should be submitted within 30 days of purchase. If your required materials are not submitted within 30 days, your order may be placed on hold. Package upgrades are available after purchase. Clients may upgrade by paying the difference between their original package and the higher package. Additional questionnaire responses or photos may be required.

The upgraded turnaround period begins after the upgrade payment and all additional required materials have been received and approved. Updated photos may be requested if the client’s appearance has changed.

Your submitted photos will be used only to complete your personalized The Statement Colors analysis. They will not be shared, posted, or used for marketing without your separate written permission. Photos will be deleted from The Statement Colors’ active working files within seven days after your completed report is delivered.

Personal color and style analysis provides personalized visual recommendations based on the photos and information submitted. Recommendations are intended as guidance rather than strict rules, and clients are encouraged to consider their personal preferences and comfort.
